Ingredients

  • Sugar 250g
  • Red chilli flakes 2tsp
  • Water 2 cups
  • Lemon juice 1tsp
  • Salt 2tsp
  • Garlic powder 2tsp
  • Citric Acid 1/2tsp

Directions

  • Take a wok add water,sugar,chilli,lemon juice,salt and garlic powder mix and cooked for thick consistency.
  • Take a 2 tsp water add citric acid dissolve citric acid then dissolve citric acid add in sauce mix and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Sweet chilli garlic sauce is ready.
